Two of our current senior trimming development staff started the company Neale and Partridge on this very business park twenty years ago, five years ago Dave Cox joined Neale Partridge and collectively they changed the name and formed Protrim Ltd.
In 2008 Dave Anderson joined Protrim and became the Sales and Marketing Director, In 2009 the company teamed up with our new major share holder Mr Paul Sullivan and the company was re-branded as Tender 47. All the key staff from 20 years ago still remain within the new company Tender 47.
Many people ask where the name Tender 47 comes from. The answer is simple, it was the name of our very first project with Wally Yachts. Tender 47 for the 2008 Monaco Yacht Show.
The Vision of Tender 47
When Dave Anderson joined us in 2008 with the clear intention to market the company as the “best of the best” with a niche customer base that had a keen eye for fine detail and a requirement for absolute trimming perfection.
Dave Cox the Operations Director of Tender 47, and former co-owner of Protrim says, “In the last five years Protrim has grown gradually building up a wonderful unmatched reputation, but I feel the time has now come to take the company to the next levels, and to market our fine company on a grander and global scale. We are obviously very well known and highly respected in the Automotive industry and our latest venture into the marine and aircraft industry will offer us the chance to grow further and show off our skills to a broader market, the introduction of Dave Anderson and Paul Sullivan to the family will be the exact catalyst we need to reach this goal.
